My path to UX design was shaped by years of working closely with product designers in digital healthcare, where I loved seeing challenges within a very complex system be simplified and brought to life through creative and innovative design. With a background in product operations, I bring a blend of strategic product thinking and a passion for crafting solutions that are intuitive, user-centered and driven by data.
